Terms & Conditions Public Courses

We want your booking with us to run as smoothly as possible. In order to provide a great level of service to all of our clients and delegates, we have some terms and conditions that you will need to agree to when booking. These terms and conditions offer a level of protection to both you and our business.

Please ensure you have read, understood and accepted the Conditions of Booking before you submit a booking. By confirming your booking you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted them, therefore entering into a contract.

Bookings

You can hold a place by phone or email, you will then receive a link to the booking page on our website to make payments. Bookings are confirmed by email.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking, please let us know.

Joining Instructions – participant pack

Joining instructions and pre-work will be sent to you via email at least three weeks prior to the event.

Price

The price for the course is shown on the website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change course fees without notice. Public course fees include tuition, refreshments, lunch and all training materials.

Cancellations

In the event of there being insufficient places booked onto a course, Expression for Growth reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course.

In the event of cancellation of a course by Expression for Growth, we will endeavour to inform all participants a minimum of 5 working days before the course is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. All course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, or the payment can be transferred in full to another course. Expression for Growth shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc.

If you cancel a confirmed place on one of our public courses a fee is payable as follows:

Notice % Payable

More than 30 days:                                                 no charge

Between 21 and 30 days:                                       50%

Less than 21 days:                                                    100%

Failure to attend:                                                     treated as late cancellation and no refund is given

Transfer

Delegates are only permitted to one substitution per booking at no extra charge.

Payment

All charges for public courses are subject to VAT. Payment for a public course is due online at the time of booking.

Online payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe. You do not need a PayPal account to pay online; the system accepts credit and debit cards.

We do not accept payment by BACS or cheques.

Changes

Expression for Growth reserves the right to make changes and improvements to the content of any of its public courses at any time without notice.

If you make a booking via our website or by telephone, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 you have a cancellation cooling off period where you can cancel your course within a period of 14 working days beginning on the day after the day on which the contract is concluded with you as notified by email or postal confirmation from Expression for Growth in accordance with these Terms. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the course(s) in accordance with our refunds policy. After this initial cooling off period the above charges apply.

If Expression for Growth refund fees paid according to the above cancellation policy, and payment for the order was originally made by credit/debit card, any refund will be made back to the same card.
